So meet Griffin, the most immature, narcissistic, egocentric and selfish douchebag with no filter. He is not very smart and there are moment I almost feel sorry for him how naive he is. He is so proud and blames everybody else for his lack of effort. His hunger for fame and importance is so childish. He is so unlikable that is a miracle I went through the book. But I kept hoping that he will finally mature and get over his self-importance and God-complex. I had to wait quite a while and go through a lot of his shit but in the end he made it. He grown up and matured and started making right decisions and responsibility for his actions. Bit I still can not believe how he annoyed me through the story. Other than that it was good to see and meet other members and a glimpse into their life.

Each of them has a special personality or even more of them. We go through bits and pieces and getting to know them is a journey. Their lives seems complicated on times but they all have their dark secrets. I loved how the past and the present came closer and closer together until we connect the dots…but one ending opens another beginning. I loved the twisted minds and games, the intense situations and the scenes. A beautiful girl full of contradictions is also full of surprises. Despite everything we have a romance. Simon surprised me when he showed his softer side, it would be interesting if he would go through with all his plans, but is nice to have some sweet romance in the middle of the dark passion Three main characters: I could’t hate Simon despite his “job”, she is just interesting and funny but Miles….wow, he surprised me. I can’t wait to see what happens next

I received this book in exchange for an honest review  She is Angel 6.0 created in labs to perfect the human genome….but sometimes she is more human than human. Her journey is amazing but also painful. Her need to belong and feel like a human is driving her through the whole galaxy. We start with little knowledge of her abilities but throughout the story we get to learn much more. The story is filled with tragedy, drama, sex, pain, masochism, slavery…. The reader is sucked into the dark world of aliens, crime, violence, non-con sex, pain, bdsm aspects but there is even place for love and romance, even though nonconventional. I thought she will never get some deserved happiness. She lost so many people she loved but let’s admit she did fall in love fast. Vicious things happened to her but she fought for what she believed. She was like a killer machine when done wrong but with more empathy than real humans. There are many different dimensions of this book. Author created extraordinary world and species with their own politics, rules and language. Nevertheless there are still things that keeps us wondering and on the edge till the end….

This is a journey mixing different species, supernaturals and an extraordinary human. Mrs. Blevins does a great job with this one. Kristen is a tuff and independent heroine with special powers and she seem to be in the middle of the war to come between good and evil. She is smart, brave, proud, funny and sexually submissive. I liked the philosophical and metaphysical questions that spoke to the nerd in me. The dialogues were smart and entertaining. I liked how it pictured hell and demons and that they are not a priori evil. Oh let’s not forget all the males, shifters and vampires and demons that were jummy. I did hope for more serious romance with Abbot but I guess it was not meant to be. I am looking forward to see what journey lies ahead.

Oh wow, Mrs. Dukey provides us with a dark, twisted masterpiece. The plot and writing is great with a psychological input and such mindfuck it leaves you wanting for more. The characters are all a bit broken but they are so well described and developed they came out realistic. This one is for lovers of dark erotica who are not offended by rape, abuse and so much more. Expect the unexpected

Another treat from Tiffany. Even though I’m not “artish” person it was fun getting to know the pictures and the artists that came with the scene. They were definitely more alive with them. Malcolm- well he grow onto me. I liked him even though I had a love-hate relationship at the end but I saw something like that coming. He is a man who enjoys sex in every perverted way. And being his whore comes out like a great compliment. I liked how the modern days intervened with the old days. The scenes -oh the scenes were pure erotic fantasy. I loved every single one of them. The best was with the Minotaur despite the ending was a bit off. I think she exaggerated a bit. She gave him a carte blanche and how was this scene different from another? I get that she thought she was drugged but still it was a game she know he liked to play. And the slave market was also another hit for me. The suspense, the mask, objectification….just perfect. My first thought: I hate Anita and Jonas – they are sick and twisted individuals that want to control everybody and they (especially Jonas) is making an excuse with his “Faith and Jesus” – they think they are superior because of their money and influence. Jonas is a real psychopath. Aldous – He was ok, the most realistic person in the book with his temper and not being perfect. As a Dom he is so-so, some scenes are not very safe. Carson -for a first time test being in the cage and bound for the whole night and again through the day I don’t find that healthy. He also didn’t do much explaining for the scenes, not that he must as a Dom, but some conversation for someone who is just getting to know bdsm would be appreciated. Carson – She didn’t get under my skin like some heroines do. Her investigation at first is a bit lacking and she is not really good detective. As for the submissive role – she is so eager to please him and do as he say, very trusting at first. As for their relationship – It was ok. The bdsm scenes were ok,…

This is a wonderful and humorous read. My rating: 4 stars I loved the insight from both sides with the different point of view. Jeffrey and Laura are spontaneous and a bit reckless. They take from life everything and more. There is some great comparison through the story which is wrapped in Jeffrey’s sense of humor and some sarcasm. Even nowadays people dream of good old days of RNR and flower power and it’s a privilege to see it through the eyes of someone who actually lived it. Jeffrey’s writing is descriptive, funny and real with lots of sex and drugs. To hear about musicians we still listen and writers we still read. The stamina of both of them is fascinating and Laura’s input spiced up the whole story. I loved the moment when Jeffrey overcomes his jealousy and starts sharing Laura without prejudice and drama, just pure hedonism and arousal. The closure is good and overall I could say this is a love story and would recommend it further. It’s raw, honest and will shake you to the bone.

This is definitely long slow tease and my first FemDom book. My rating: 4 stars I usually prefer male Dom in the story so this one really surprised me in a good way. I loved the story, it’s well written and even though it’s fiction it seems real. Both of the main characters are well developed. Michelle seems like ice queen to others but when she let him close we can see she is just as fragile and soft inside. She has a big heart full of guilt. She wants to »fix« him and help him through his PTSD. Wyatt on the other hand is pure alpha male which I couldn’t imagine as a sub. He doesn’t know anything about BDSM. He is struggling with himself and all the new sensations, feelings but he submits to her willingly even though I think he truly did so only in the bedroom. I liked how shocked he was in the beginning and how he was trying to restrain himself from reacting, but he did change and learn through the story. Short erotic novella is a great way to pass an evening. Ok maybe it would be better to be a part of it…but “be careful what you wish for” proves right for Bethany. My rating: solid 4 stars When you mix 3 men, who are also shapeshifters and one woman you get a hot poly group made for kink. Due to this being a novella everything develops pretty quickly and the characters don’t have much time to grow on the reader but nevertheless they are well described and the reader can connect to them.
