Holt is her neighbor and such an amazing man, patient, sweet, loyal and alpha despite his easy-going nature. Nevertheless, he is a Dom and a good one. She falls for Josie and is willing to wait and help her to see what they have is worth saving. I liked their story, it is such a sweet and perfect romance with light BDSM. He listens to her, pushes her and knows how to make them both craving for more. I love HEA at every aspect. Interaction with the characters from previous books was a great bonus. I would recommend this book to readers who like kinky romance with almost perfect characters and HEA.

This was a new author for me and I was pleasantly surprised. It is a rare treat to find an author who is somehow realistic about the lifestyles and community and also known how to create likable characters, especially Domme. I was sucked into the Masquerade fantasy and I liked it a lot. Ursa is curious about the lifestyle and is invited by her friend to the kinky Masquerade where she can enjoy safe sex with a person she chooses. She doesn’t see herself suitable and is a bit self-conscious at first, her inner battle is ongoing but in the end curiosity and the need to experience kink wins. She finds herself observing interaction and scenes and is getting more and more intrigued by it. When she almost bails, her path is crossed by a wonderful black man with wings – she calls him Cupid, while others calls him Archer. He wants to serve her and it is wonderful to observe how she grows into her Domme role almost instantly. Their building arousal leads to hot kinky scenes and pony play which is another treat. I received this book in exchange for honest review  The title of the series is fitting for what it holds. We have Gabriel and we have Victoria. They come from different words but from the first moment they can’t get each other out of their head. The reader can smell the romance here, but it is not a typical romance. It is intense, with some crime, kinky sex, sexy scenes and light BDSM. In their first encounter he comes out like a snob but still they draw a spark. He is an alpha male who knows what he wants but through the stories we see some of this insecurities. I liked the change in his personality that comes from his attachment to her. Their relationship is intense and scenes are hot but there were moments when he was cold and arrogant on purpose. And then we have Victoria who is running from her psychotic step mother. And her number one rule is don’t get attached and never stay more than 3 months at the same place. Small parts from her running may come unrealistic but they add to suspense. I was given a free copy in exchange for an honest review Fresh and dark romance with a great story and unexpected turns. Mysterious love triangle with intense characters. Each of them has a special personality or even more of them. We go through bits and pieces and getting to know them is a journey. Their lives seems complicated on times but they all have their dark secrets. I loved how the past and the present came closer and closer together until we connect the dots…but one ending opens another beginning. I loved the twisted minds and games, the intense situations and the scenes. A beautiful girl full of contradictions is also full of surprises. Despite everything we have a romance. Simon surprised me when he showed his softer side, it would be interesting if he would go through with all his plans, but is nice to have some sweet romance in the middle of the dark passion Three main characters: I could’t hate Simon despite his “job”, she is just interesting and funny but Miles….wow, he surprised me. I can’t wait to see what happens next

This is a journey mixing different species, supernaturals and an extraordinary human. Mrs. Blevins does a great job with this one. Kristen is a tuff and independent heroine with special powers and she seem to be in the middle of the war to come between good and evil. She is smart, brave, proud, funny and sexually submissive. I liked the philosophical and metaphysical questions that spoke to the nerd in me. The dialogues were smart and entertaining. I liked how it pictured hell and demons and that they are not a priori evil. Oh let’s not forget all the males, shifters and vampires and demons that were jummy. I did hope for more serious romance with Abbot but I guess it was not meant to be. I am looking forward to see what journey lies ahead.

Another treat from Tiffany. Even though I’m not “artish” person it was fun getting to know the pictures and the artists that came with the scene. They were definitely more alive with them. Malcolm- well he grow onto me. I liked him even though I had a love-hate relationship at the end but I saw something like that coming. He is a man who enjoys sex in every perverted way. My first thought: I hate Anita and Jonas – they are sick and twisted individuals that want to control everybody and they (especially Jonas) is making an excuse with his “Faith and Jesus” – they think they are superior because of their money and influence. Jonas is a real psychopath. Aldous – He was ok, the most realistic person in the book with his temper and not being perfect. As a Dom he is so-so, some scenes are not very safe. Carson -for a first time test being in the cage and bound for the whole night and again through the day I don’t find that healthy. He also didn’t do much explaining for the scenes, not that he must as a Dom, but some conversation for someone who is just getting to know bdsm would be appreciated. Carson – She didn’t get under my skin like some heroines do. Her investigation at first is a bit lacking and she is not really good detective. This is a wonderful and humorous read. My rating: 4 stars I loved the insight from both sides with the different point of view. Jeffrey and Laura are spontaneous and a bit reckless. They take from life everything and more. There is some great comparison through the story which is wrapped in Jeffrey’s sense of humor and some sarcasm. Even nowadays people dream of good old days of RNR and flower power and it’s a privilege to see it through the eyes of someone who actually lived it. Jeffrey’s writing is descriptive, funny and real with lots of sex and drugs. To hear about musicians we still listen and writers we still read. The stamina of both of them is fascinating and Laura’s input spiced up the whole story. I loved the moment when Jeffrey overcomes his jealousy and starts sharing Laura without prejudice and drama, just pure hedonism and arousal. The closure is good and overall I could say this is a love story and would recommend it further. It’s raw, honest and will shake you to the bone.
